What Too Little Sleep Does to Your Body

Anyone who sleeps late at night and wake up early the next day that person will feel tired and fatigued throughout the day. Millions of people worldwide have trouble with sleeping – or just don’t make the time for it – and it generates physiological and mental problems which could be prevented by simply regulating their  cycle.

A good night’s sleep is essential to recharge the and keep the mind sharp. Without the 7 or 8 hours of sleep we need every night, our bodies could suffer from several side effects. In fact, a study published last year showed that a single week of sleeping less than six hours a night, resulted in changes in more than 700 genes. That’s right, sleep deprivation can actually change your genes.
